With the gorgeous summer weather, I have a hard time not going outside for my workouts. I was kind of getting bored of my usual weight circuits so I thought I would try something a little different. I used the swings in my backyard to create a workout circuit! It was really fun, plus this allows my son to play around outside while mama gets a workout in!
Complete the circuit 3-4 times. Some of the exercises are pretty tough with the amount of reps I specified (especially the pike ups and pull ups), but I wanted it to be challenging. If you need to, decrease the reps to make it manageable for you. Enjoy!
