As you may know, I’m an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, and I’ve spent the last 3 years working at a gym in Omaha. And let me tell you, I absolutely loved every single day of it. My husband recently graduated from Physical Therapy school and started a job in Central Nebraska (woot woot!), which obviously ended my time at my beloved Omaha gym. I was nowhere near ready to end my training career, however, so lucky for you we’re taking this show online!
My favorite thing about working as a personal trainer is the relationships I form with the people that I train. Let’s face it, exercise can be a bit of a drag, so having someone there to encourage you and push you to your goals is a huge game-changer. While I can’t be there in person with each one of you, I still want to cheer you on and encourage you through the training program I put together specifically for you. We’ll communicate online via email, Facebook, or whatever form of social media you rock, and I’ll hold you accountable on taking the steps necessary to get where you want to be. Personal training with a twist, of sorts. I think this is going to be really fun, guys. I can’t wait for us to work together!

This package is for those of you who are just curious about what working with a trainer is actually like. We’re not going to crush any major goals in one week’s time, but we’ll at least whet your whistle. This package includes 4 workouts specific to your needs, goals, and equipment availability, along with access to my Exercise Library with detailed descriptions and graphics. You can email me as much (or as little) as you want during the program, and you can repeat this program as many times as you’d like.
This package is the real deal. If you’ve got some serious goals and are looking to make a lifestyle change that involves incorporating exercise into your routine on a daily basis, and seeing some legit changes in your numbers, come at me. You will receive a total of 24 workouts (4 weekly) specific to your needs, goals, and equipment availability. Workouts will be sent out weekly, along with 2 accountability emails each week to make sure you’re staying on track. You’ll also have access to my Exercise Library with detailed descriptions and photos.
This package includes a standard 6-week training program with 4 workouts each week. Although not specific to each individual, it is still an in-depth, goal-reaching program including a variety of training forms. You will receive the entire program, along with a copy of the Exercise Library, to work through on your own.
