So, the past two or three months have been crazy! Between finals, being home for the holidays, a two-week intensive January class, traveling during a week off, and then the start of the spring semester… I’ve hardly had time to catch my breath, let a lone exercise! But I’m slowly working my way back to a more consistent workout schedule. One thing I’ve learned post-college athletics is to set challenging and attainable goals for working out according to my schedule. So, this semester I am starting with some shorter workouts and building my way longer or more challenging workouts. Below is a basic, “winter-slump,” or getting-back-into-exercise workout!
2 or 3 sets according to time/ability (make sure you can keep good form!) with 2-3 minute break between sets.
